HAVER "THE ADAMS"
FFS Automatic Machine for Packing of Powdered Building
Products in PE Bags
Based on proven HAVER FFS technology modules,
the machine design was newly
reconfigured using the latest technology. "THE ADAMS"
is designed to handle
non-perforated, side-gusset, continuous film tubes made
of PE. The plastic film
is suitable for high quality color printing and thus offers
new possibilities
for product display. The functions of bag forming, transfer,
filling, closing and transfer
to the palletizing unit operate in the automatic mode
without operator intervention.
Minimal bag overhang reduces film consumption, thus making
it cost-effective and environmentally friendly. The system
is designed for filling rates up to 1,200 bags/h, depending
on the properties of the product being filled. For rates
up to 500 bags/h, the FFS ALPHA system ADAMS was designed.
