HAVER INTEGRA (Valve Bag Filler)
In the chemical industry, filling of dusty, bulk materials with difficult flowing characteristics into bags poses numerous challenges. Also, meeting regulations concerning dust emission and dust explosion requirements call for clean filling processes, especially for airtight bags. Today’s production processes require flexible filling machine technologies that assure short changeover times and maximum run times.
As a flexible packaging system, valve bags of various shapes and different materials are the most suitable for economically filling dry bulk materials. When used together with valve bag closing technology, a wide range of new uses open up and product loss is eliminated.
The INTEGRA (Valve Bag Filler) is a complete, fully assembled filling system for loose, bulk materials inside a dust-proof enclosure consisting of the following components:

- Discharge Conveyor
It’s a complete, factory-assembled, turnkey valve bag filling system that is quickly installed on-site and put into operation. The product feeding system and power supply are the only parts which need to be installed on-site.
