HAVER "THE BENJAMIN"
FFS automatic machine for packing of powdered building
products in PE bags
THE BENJAMIN is the compact, complementary variant
of our successful ADAMS system.
It is suitable for medium capacity filling of powder products
into plastic bags according to the
Form-Fill-Seal filling systems (FFS). Compact dimensions
and high flexibility are the
prominent features of this filling system.
CLEAN:
Achieved by dust-free filling and a tight bag seal, perfect
cleanliness is povided, all the way
from the filling plant to the consumer.
SEALED:
In the securely sealed PE bag, the product is well protected
against moisture.
This considerably increases storage life - both inside
and outside.
COMPACT:
The high level of product compaction ensures optimum use
of storage and freight
capacity, and provides maximum pallet stability. The integrated
corner welding improves
the quality of the proven box shape of the filled bags.
This results in attractive pallet stacking, makin them
ideal for logistics with the added
benefit of high customer acceptance.
