It's a quantum leap with regards to economy, flexibility and cleanliness: THE CYRUS, the newest member of the HAVER, FFS product line-up, was developed to fulfil the latest customer requirements.
HAVER, FFS systems are a guarantor for economical and reliable packing for many product sectors. The machines of this series are designed for filling loose bulk materials into plastic bags.
THE CYRUS is the key to success
when packing powder-type bulk materials with particle sizes between 20 and 300 my. This includes products from both the chemcial industry and the food industry. With a packing speed of up to 1,500 bags/h, the FFS technology now can be used for product sectors that before were out of the question.
The CYRUS has a completely enclosed product pathway, and is designed to handle bag sizes ranging from 6 dm3 to 50 dm3 and weights from 5 kg to 50 kg.

A dust-free filing system with hexagonal filling spouts minimize product loss and keeps the surrounding environment clean.
Contamination free!
The double filling spout makes this possible. Cleaning
can be done while production takes place.
Flexible!
Flexible and contamination-free. It's possible to work with only one packing machine under the silos, each with its own filling spout.
Consumer-friendly!
Options simplify handling: different printing possibilities, carrying handles.

The proven HAVER roll changer assures longer running times and minimal stoppage.
