SPARE PARTS
To avoid downtime for you, we provide same-day shipment
of emergency parts from our stock in Georgia.
We supply your needs quickly and efficiently. To be sure
we do, we have on-line connectivity with Haver & Boecker
in Germany and can access parts information outside of normal
European business hours.

CAPABILITY
Besides local service staff Haver Filling Systems draws
on a network of Haver & Boecker affiliated companies
that have 100 experienced service engineers with expertise
in open-mouth and valve-bag technologies and who speak multiple
languages.
TRAINING
After the machinery is set in place and commissioned, we
train your maintenance and operating personnel on site,
on your own machines, for a seamless transition to the new
equipment.
Our service engineers receive continual training
at Haver & Boecker, so they stay up to date on all technological
advances. As a result, they provide you with updates on
new applications for your equipment.

SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Our maintenance agreement offers a lower hourly
rate on regular scheduled visits. The contract is good for
one year upon receipt of signed agreement. A minimum of
two visits is required within the one year of signing.
